Taj's Tattles Litchfield - Coral Bay

We saw lots of waterfalls and me and Mummy swam in a big hole.  The rocks were really slippery and mum fell on her butt.

My camel got up without me.

Broome
My camel stood up before I could get on so I think he might of thought that he already had all of his passengers on because he already had two people on but he had forgotten about me.  A big man had to lift me right up high onto the camel.  I didn’t like the ride because it was a bit uncomfy.  We saw all the nudies on the beach.  I think they were a bit funny to be nude.
It had the best pool ever, even better than the one at Jabiru.  We could swim under the waterfall.  Me and mum played rodeo, mum was the bull and I was the rider.  Mum had to buck me off.  I purposely fell off, sometimes I didn’t.

We caught jelly fish.  One stung me because it was still alive.  We caught a lot. We fished off a big pier and Ryley caught two three meter sharks.  I thought they would be a bit hard to pull in.  I saw my first hammerhead shark.
Point Smith
We’re now at point Smith.  I caught a jelly fish and a rock cod.  Ryley caught 3 rock cod and a perch.  It was really hard pulling in the jelly fish.  Tamsyn caught a seagull.  She was the only one to catch a seagull.  We saw Ta-Ta lizards and some frill neck lizards.  They were so funny when they run because they runned on two legs and they were waving their front hands around.

Dampier
We saw the movie Red Dog and we got to go to the same pub that Red Dog ran away from.  We saw the statue of Red Dog.  I liked it.
Exmouth
We went on the beach in the morning and we saw two turtles humping.  They were in the water and they were loggerhead turtles.  Then we came back in the night looking for the logger head to lay her eggs and we saw her laying her eggs.  We layed down on the sand with our torches off.  She dug and dug and dug for a very long time.  We dug too and found that the sand got warm down deep. When she finished digging we could crawl up closer.  I was happy to see it. When she finished laying her eggs she crawled back down to the water.  We went to take photos of her going back to the water and she crawled right up to me.  She felt really hard.  I liked it so much.
We stayed at a strangers house.  Ryley was talking to someone who was fishing and he asked if we would like to stay at their house.  They had an underground trampoline, a cubby house and a sandpit.  We put our cars on the trampoline and had to jump.  If the cars hit you, you could get three lifes and then you were out.  They had a dog too.  We played marks up with the dog.  The dog got the ball lots of times.  Ry didn’t get the ball much.  Ry lost, I came second and the dog named Harvey won.
Coral Bay
I caught an eel.  It wasn’t a plain eel, it was a moray eel.  It put on a really big fight.  The first time I tried catching it 2 moray eels came out and fought over the bait.  I put on some whiting and I caught it with whiting for bait.  He was very big and he was very very hard to pull in.  I caught two crabs on my hand line too.  Now I can’t wait to go fishing.

Bye-bye from Taj the Ta-ta lizard.
